Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of the company to provide Clients with products and services that fully meet their specified requirements. Customer's satisfaction is essential to the continuing of our company and is, therefore, a primary objective requiring the proper planning and control of the Company's management and operating practices.

To meet this objective, the group is committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2000. The management and staff of the group are firmly committed to the practices and procedures referenced in our Quality Manual.

Procedures forming the quality system are regularly reviewed to ensure that the system evolves and remains relevant to the group's organisational goals and in meeting the needs and expectations of our customers.

To achieve these objectives, all personnel are required to cooperate in the implementation of the Quality System and take individual responsibility of their own work. Training and education in quality awareness and practices will be provided, where necessary, to supplement managerial and vocational skills.
